Thursday things (a day late)

I just spent two hours last night figuring out all my mess of student loans. I owe my school, the government, and Sallie Mae (dang you, amazing out of state college!). It got pretty confusing and, since I start paying on them next month, I decided to sit down and figure out what was going on.

The result? I will have no social life for quite a while. Or any free spending money (if I want to eat). And I’ll be working a lot more (at both my full and part time jobs).

So these Thursday Things will be my dreaming and lusting after what I would LOVE to afford.

Have you checked out the Asos online store yet? There are SO many cool, interesting and great pieces on there. I could spend hours roaming the site.

I don’t like the pattern on the dress as much as I love the body shaping contours the black sides give it. Lose 20 pounds without any real work!

This is adorably amazing. I love lace. This would be the perfect LBD.

I love bigger purses. I’m not a small purse or clutch kind of girl. If it can hold anything everything that I’ll need for the day, I’ll love it.

This skirt would be perfect for the office. A little flair, but with a white button down or a blazer it would be amazing.

This blazer is a nice, feminie color and considering my office is always an icebox (as I’m sure many others are) it would come in handy. I could leave it at my desk but throw it on for a nicer, polished look when I get cold (instead of a fleece coat – not the most professional). It also comes in black, which would work as well.

Because of my new financial relevations, I’ll be doing a heck of a lot more window shopping and less actual purchases. This weekend I’m going to go through my closet and see how I can get more out of it, work-wear wise.
